Learn-to-row
Learn-to-row classes will be in the evening twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays, for 6 weeks starting 25 May 2011. Classes will be at 6:30 for about 2 hours.
Registration is now closed as we have as many new rowers as we can trained this year.

Rowing is an active water sport. You can expect to work hard, have a lot of fun, and you may get wet!
Please wear tight fitting clothing that lets you move.
If you have not been very active previously, please review the PAR-Q and You form,
from the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, to see if you should check with your doctor before becoming much more physically active.
Please make sure that you try to attend every class as we move quickly through the material.
